5 Fabulous Reasons to Eat More Avocados

One of my favorite fruits is Haas Avocado. I love everything about it. I love the color and the texture, and the flavor. I also love it because it's so versatile. I can make a healthy dip (guacamole); I can mash it and put it on my hair and face (spa Sunday / also use avocado oil on my skin and have for years). I can eat it for breakfast with an egg, or I can slice it up and toss on my salad.

It's easy to eat your way healthy with Avocados. Here are five great reasons you should add more of this fruit to your diet:

1. contains good fats (good for brain and skin)
2. may help maintain healthy eye sight as we age (contains  lutein and zeaxanthin)
3. contains 8% fiber per 1 oz (we all need more fiber)
4. high in potassium
5. helpful in weight-loss programs (because it makes one feel more satisfied and helps keep you fuller longer)

p.s it's cholesterol free too

Here's an idea for dinner:
